An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Site Manager to undertake a 10-week contract in the London area. This project involves specialized work on cleanroom/coldroom facilities, where precision and expertise in fire wall and insulated panel installations are crucial.
Essential Skills:- Fire Wall Installation: Proficiency in installing fire walls is essential to ensure safety and compliance with industry standards.
- Insulated Panel Installation: Expertise in the installation of insulated panels, which are crucial for maintaining controlled environments such as cleanrooms or coldrooms.
- Experience with Cleanrooms/Coldrooms: Prior experience working on similar projects is highly desirable, highlighting familiarity with the strict environmental and quality requirements.
- Duration: 10 weeks
- Rate: £250-270 per day (Outside IR35)
- Location: London
