PSR Solutions are currently recruiting for a Demolition Site Manager to work with an experienced demolition business in London.
They often act as Principle Contractor however will act as sub-contractor on occasions with demo packages up to 4m.
Typical projects will involved cut & carve, soft strip out, facade retention and full building demolition.
Role and responsibilities involve:
- Mixed experience working within the demolition sector
- Able to manage teams of operatives and ensure best practice of work
- Overlook site labour and materials
- Write and review method statements and risk assessments
- Implement a high level of health and safety
- Client meetings / management
- Reporting to senior leadership team on progress
Our client has the ability to start someone at short notice, and able to wait for the right person if you have a notice period.
