We are seeking an experienced Working Foreman Bricklaying for a 6-month fixed-term contract in Finchley, London.
The role offers a daily rate of £250 and requires hands-on involvement in a major brick and blockwork package.
Candidates must have proven experience as a working foreman on similar-sized projects, specifically with brick and block laying.
Familiarity with the Procol drawing system is essential, along with a valid CSCS card and the right to work in the UK.
Strong leadership and communication skills are also required for this position.

Job Title: Working Foreman Bricklaying (Finchley)
Location: Finchley, London
Contract: 6-Month Fixed Term
Rate: £250 per day

We are currently seeking an experienced Working Foreman to oversee and contribute to a major brick and blockwork package in Finchley. This is a hands-on role requiring strong leadership and bricklaying skills.

Key Details:

Project Duration: 6 months
Scope of Work: Approx. 140,000 bricks and blocks
System: Experience with Procol drawing system essential
Daily Rate: £250 per day

Requirements:

Proven experience as a working foreman on similar-sized projects
Skilled in both brick and block laying
Ability to read and work from Procol drawings
CSCS card and valid right to work in the UK
