Bid Planner

Bid Planner - We are seeking an experienced Bid Planner to work with a dynamic, multi-disciplinary building contractor. Originally focused on electrical services, they have since expanded to include refurbishments, extensions, fit-outs, and new-build schemes.
 
The successful candidate will be required to produce programmes within the bid team for various projects, ensuring timely and accurate submissions that align with our clients' needs and expectations.
 
Your Role:
·Develop and manage bid plans, schedules, and deliverables.
·Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to gather necessary information for bid submissions.
·Analyse project requirements and prepare detailed bid proposals.
·Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
·Monitor and report on bid progress, identifying and mitigating risks.
·Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices.
 
Requirements:
·Proven experience in bid planning within the construction industry.
·Strong understanding of project management principles.
·Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
·Proficiency in relevant software and tools.
·Degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
