BIM Coordinator / Revit / Navisworks / 3D / Underground services / Digital engineer

Our client is a leading CSA contractor specialising in groundworks, reinforced concrete, underground services, structural alterationsand external works.

This role sits at the heart of project delivery, providing digital and BIM support across underground infrastructure and concrete packages. You will be responsible for creating, coordinatingand managing digital models and construction information to support efficient planning, coordinationand on-site execution.

Job description ofBIM Coordinator / Revit / Navisworks / 3D / Underground services / Digital engineer:

• Create and manage federated 3D models covering underground utilities, drainage networks, duct banks, chambers, and reinforced concrete elements.

• Generate construction-ready drawings, layouts, sectionsand setting-out information to support site activities.

• Carry out model coordination and assist in identifying and resolving clashes between building services and structural components.

• Incorporate survey data, point cloudsand coordinate systems to ensure accurate alignment with existing site conditions.

• Support construction planning by producing digital layouts, sequencing models, and reinforcement details.

• Ensure all digital deliverables comply with ISO 19650 standards and align with project stage requirements.

• Liaise with design consultants, engineers, and site-based teams to address design queries and coordination issues.

• Maintain control of design revisions, ensuring current and approved information is issued and clearly communicated.

• Provide ongoing digital support during key construction activities, including service installations, diversions, and concrete pours.

• Support continuous improvement initiatives by applying and developing digital tools and workflows such as Revit, Civil 3D, Navisworks, Dynamo, and related platforms.

Requirements off BIM Coordinator / Revit / Navisworks / 3D / Underground services / Digital engineer :

• Strong hands-on experience using Revit and Navisworks in a construction or engineering environment.

• Working knowledge of Civil 3D for underground and site-based infrastructure works is advantageous.

• Demonstrated experience coordinating underground services and reinforced concrete packages within 3D environments.

• Good understanding of information management processes and ISO 19650 compliance.

• Experience working with survey information, including point cloud data and georeferenced models.

• Ability to interpret and produce civil and structural construction drawings.

• Methodical, well-organised, and proactive, with a strong eye for detail.

• Experience on data centre, infrastructure, or heavy civil engineering projects is beneficial.
