Estimator/ Project Manager (High End Residential)
London - Bromley
£60,000 - £70,000 + Progression + Bonus + Overtime + Pension

In this role you will be developing comprehensive cost estimates, oversee budgets, liaising with subcontractors and suppliers to secure quotes, working with architects and ensuring alignments with industry standards.
The ideal candidate has experience in estimation of residential projects and able to commute to Bromley and knowledge of appropriate Software's such as Bluebeam and Excel.
THE ROLE:
- Residential Estimations
- Using Bluebeam Software (or similar)
- Communication with suppliers and architects
- Management of sub-contractors
THE PERSON:
- Experience as an Estimator or Project Manager
- Experience in residential projects
- Able to commute to Bromley
