About the Role
Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service? Do you want to work in a popular beauty clinic? If so, this could be the perfect opportunity for you! We are looking for a Front of House Specialist to join our team covering Hampstead, Mayfair, and Richmond.
Responsibilities
- Open and close the clinic.
- Ensure the smooth running of day-to-day clinic operations.
- Operate the Point-Of-Sale and booking system, including end-of-day reconciliation.
- Provide a welcoming, informative, and engaging experience for all patients.
- Manage appointment bookings and keep patients informed of any schedule changes.
- Handle incoming and outgoing enquiries via phone and email.
- Oversee general stock management.
- Drive sales by offering excellent patient consultations and sharing product knowledge.
- Maintain the clinic's overall cleanliness and presentation.
