On offer is an autonomous opportunity to join a company who work on high end, bespoke projects in a role providing a bonus and profit share to increase your earnings, as well as opportunities for equity.
This rapidly growing joinery company work on a broad range of high end commercial and residential projects. They have seen major growth since their establishment in 2021 and are now looking to bring in a production manager to keep up with their ongoing expansion.
This is a varied role where no two days will be the same. You will be a key part of the senior leadership team, working closely with the MD and Workshop Manager, as you oversee schedules, liaise with suppliers and customers, support junior team members and play a key part in ongoing projects.This autonomous role would suit someone from an Operations / Project leadership background within Joinery looking to join a fast growing company where you can make your mark on the business and continually develop to director roles.The Role:
- Oversee and lead high-end joinery projects
- Work closely with MD and Workshop Manager
- Check and ensure adherence to production schedules
- Liaise with suppliers and clients
- Generate quotes and price up jobs
- Monday-Friday 08:30-16:30 (some flexibility in hours)
- Ongoing progression to director as company grows
