The local authority are embarking on a new Change and Transformation project and the the Transformation Team's Project Managers will play pivotal roles for the Council to be high-performing and resident focused. You help support the team's Programme Director and Programme Manager and lead on the practical delivery of the Council's new operating model through its cross-functional service review, redesign, and rollout workstreams.

You will ensure that this work leads to impactful results, sustained delivery and an operating model that is fit for purpose. Operationally experienced and financially focused project managers, these roles will require a relentless emphasis on driving the transformation team and the organisation to achieve continuous improvement leading to transformation in ways of working.
