The Role
As Project Manager, you will oversee projects up to £2m in value, managing them from concept through to completion. You will work across all stages — from design and planning to final handover — ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standards.
Key responsibilities:
- Leading projects from initial design through to completion.
- Managing multiple interior fit-out and acoustic installation projects simultaneously.
- Coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders on-site.
- Acting as the main client contact, ensuring expectations are managed and exceeded.
- Developing and maintaining detailed project programmes (CPAs).
- Monitoring budgets, managing costs, and capturing all variations.
- Identifying and resolving risks, issues, and project delays.
- Ensuring compliance with legislation, health and safety standards, and industry best practice.
- Providing regular progress and KPI reporting.
The ideal candidate will be a confident project leader with a background in interior or fit-out project management. You will bring:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in the interior fit-out or construction sector.
- A successful track record of delivering projects up to £2m+ in value.
- Strong subcontractor management and on-site coordination skills.
- Excellent client-facing and communication abilities.
- Proficiency with project planning tools, budgeting, and reporting.
- Knowledge of safety regulations, compliance, and industry best practice.
- A proactive, detail-oriented, and solutions-focused approach.
