This is a 6-9 month contract position offering a competitive day rate of £450-550, with a flexible hybrid working model (3 days onsite).The Role:As Senior Project Manager, you will lead the end-to-end delivery of a complex refurbishment project, ensuring quality, budget and programme adherence. Your responsibilities will include:? Full project lifecycle management – from planning through to practical completion? Onsite leadership – hands-on supervision of contractors and suppliers (majority field-based work)? Technical oversight – bringing your building surveying expertise to solve practical challenges? Stakeholder management – liaising with clients, consultants and operational teams? Commercial control – monitoring budgets, variations and programme timelinesIdeal Candidate Profile:? Construction professional with a Building Surveying background (MRICS preferred)? Proven refurbishment experience across commercial/residential developments? Pragmatic problem-solver – able to make quick, effective decisions onsite? Flexible approach – comfortable with significant field-based work (3 days onsite minimum)?
