Painter – Reactive Maintenance (South London)

Start Date: ASAP 

Van & Fuel card supplied for business use 

Mon to Fri: 42.5 hours per week 

We are seeking an experienced Painter to join a busy reactive maintenance contract covering South London. This is a fantastic opportunity to secure long-term work with the potential to go temp to perm.

Role Details:

• Carry out internal and external painting works on a reactive maintenance basis

• Work across residential properties within South London

• Ensure a high standard of workmanship and customer service

Requirements:

• City & Guilds / NVQ Level 2 in Painting & Decorating (or equivalent)

• Full UK Manual Driving Licence (essential)

• Previous experience in reactive maintenance/social housing preferred

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Package:

• £18.05 per hour (CIS)

• Company van & fuel card provided

• Temp to perm opportunity

• Weekly Pay
