Were recruiting on behalf of a high-profile public sector client in Central London who is urgently seeking a Building and Fire Safety Project Manager to lead vital compliance and safety initiatives across their diverse property portfolio.

Your Role Will Involve:
  • Leading end-to-end delivery of fire and building safety projects.
  • Ensuring full compliance with the Building Safety Act, Fire Safety Act, and other key legislation.
  • Overseeing risk assessments, building safety case reports, and remedial works.
  • Managing multi-disciplinary teams, contractors, and external consultants.
  • Acting as the go-to expert on fire and building safety matters.
  • Tracking project progress, maintaining budgets, and reporting to senior stakeholders.
  • Contributing to the organisations commitment to the Golden Thread and high standards of safety.

What Youll Need to Succeed:
  • Extensive experience managing building and fire safety projects.
  • Deep knowledge of UK safety legislation and housing compliance frameworks.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Professional membership with CIOB, RICS, IFE, or similar.
  • Ability to interpret fire strategies, technical reports, and risk assessments.
  • Proficiency in project management and compliance tools.
