- Leading end-to-end delivery of fire and building safety projects.
- Ensuring full compliance with the Building Safety Act, Fire Safety Act, and other key legislation.
- Overseeing risk assessments, building safety case reports, and remedial works.
- Managing multi-disciplinary teams, contractors, and external consultants.
- Acting as the go-to expert on fire and building safety matters.
- Tracking project progress, maintaining budgets, and reporting to senior stakeholders.
- Contributing to the organisations commitment to the Golden Thread and high standards of safety.
What Youll Need to Succeed:
- Extensive experience managing building and fire safety projects.
- Deep knowledge of UK safety legislation and housing compliance frameworks.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Professional membership with CIOB, RICS, IFE, or similar.
- Ability to interpret fire strategies, technical reports, and risk assessments.
- Proficiency in project management and compliance tools.
