CBW Staffing Solutions are proud to be partnering with a market-leading Passive Fire Protection specialist. With an excellent reputation for delivering high-quality fire safety solutions, our client is seeking a hands-on and experienced Working Supervisor to join their growing team on a temp-to-perm basis.
Role Overview:
This is a dual role combining on-the-tools work with site supervision. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing small teams on-site, ensuring quality, safety, and timely completion of work, while also actively contributing to the delivery of Passive Fire Protection installations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and work alongside operatives on-site
- Ensure all work meets compliance, safety, and quality standards
- Coordinate daily tasks and report progress to management
- Liaise with site managers and project leads
- Conduct toolbox talks and enforce health and safety protocols
- Complete site paperwork and ensure accurate reporting
- Support installation and maintenance of fire-stopping systems
- Gold CSCS Card (essential)
- SSSTS (Site Supervisor Safety Training Scheme)
- First Aid qualification (valid/in date)
- IPAF and PASMA certified
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of the Passive Fire Protection industry
- Ability to lead by example and communicate effectively
- Good understanding of RAMS and site compliance procedures
- Competitive CIS day rate (£200 £210)
