Company Overview:
We are partnered with one of the largest MEP contractors in the UK, a globally recognised business delivering major Data Centre and commercial schemes across the UK, Africa, and South America. Due to continued growth and project demand, they are now seeking a qualified Health & Safety Advisor to join their team on a flagship project based in Heathrow.

Role Overview:
The successful candidate will support the delivery of all health, safety, and environmental activities on-site, ensuring full compliance with legislation, company standards, and best practice. You will work closely with project teams to promote a strong safety culture and drive continual improvement across a high-profile MEP project.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide on-site health & safety support across major MEP installations.

  • Ensure compliance with relevant H&S legislation, company procedures, and industry standards.

  • Conduct site inspections, audits, and risk assessments.

  • Assist in developing RAMS, method statements, and safety documentation.

  • Deliver toolbox talks and promote a proactive safety culture.

  • Investigate incidents and assist in producing reports and corrective actions.

  • Work closely with site management, engineering teams, and subcontractors to maintain best practice.

Requirements:

  • NEBOSH qualification (essential).

  • Experience working within the construction, MEP, or engineering sectors.

  • Strong understanding of H&S processes and site safety requirements.

  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.

  • Ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams on a busy project environment.
