An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Health & Safety Manager to join a growing construction business delivering a diverse range of new build and refurbishment projects across the South East. Working on projects from 100k to 20m, this role will be key in driving health, safety, and environmental standards across multiple sites.



The Role


This position will suit a proactive Health & Safety professional with a strong background in construction safety management, looking to make a real impact.



Key Responsibilities:

  • As a Health & Safety Manager, you will develop and implement health & safety policies and procedures
  • As a Health & Safety Manager, you will deliver training sessions and promote a strong safety culture
  • As a Health & Safety Manager, you will conduct site audits, inspections, and risk assessments
  • As a Health & Safety Manager, you will investigate accidents and incidents, ensuring corrective actions
  • As a Health & Safety Manager, you will ensure full compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
  • As a Health & Safety Manager, you will provide guidance and support to project teams


What You'll Need:

  • As a Health & Safety Manager, you will have a strong understanding of health & safety legislation in construction
  • As a Health & Safety Manager, you will have experience in site safety management & compliance
  • As a Health & Safety Manager, you will have the ability to conduct risk assessments & accident investigations
  • As a Health & Safety Manager, you will have excellent communication & leadership skills
