You need to read this... Boden Group are working with one of our long standing clients, a forward thinking property company in the heart of London, to recruit a Health and Safety Manager initially on a 12 month FTC.

There is a strong possibility this will turn into a permanent role.

The company owns, manages and occupies over 100 commercial sites in London - and is managed by an FM team of over 60 in house staff across the portfolio.

The type of person we are looking for must have worked in a Health and Safety focused role previously and be passionate about HSQE.

What else are we looking for?

- NEBOSH is essential.
- Proven experience in a similar role.
- High level of IT literacy.
- Good knowledge of asbestos management processes.
- Excellent communication both verbal and written.
- Good working knowledge of building regulations and workplace regulations.
- Knowledge of fire safety regulations.
- Ability to understand and analyse complex information.
- Hands on "can do attitude".
