Maintenance Engineer in London needed. We’re recruiting on behalf of a leading serviced office company that designs, builds, and manages unique workspaces for some of the UK’s most exciting brands. As they continue to expand, they’re now looking for a proactive and reliable Maintenance Specialist to ensure their growing portfolio of managed offices remains in top condition.

The Role

This is a hands-on position responsible for both ongoing maintenance and supporting the launch of new sites. You’ll be the first point of call for on-site issues, carrying out repairs where possible or coordinating with specialist contractors where needed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Acting as the first line of support for maintenance issues across sites

  • Performing general repairs including plumbing, minor electrical work, tiling, and decorating

  • Attending site inspections, identifying and reporting more significant repair needs

  • Supervising contractors and ensuring all work meets company standards

  • Supporting office fit-outs and tenant move-ins (e.g. installing TVs, whiteboards)

  • Light carpentry work such as building cabinets or fitting furniture

About You
  • Previous experience in maintenance, facilities, or construction

  • Comfortable with general plumbing, electrical, and HVAC basics

  • Confident using tools and maintenance equipment

  • A problem-solver who can think on their feet

  • Presentable and professional when dealing with clients

  • Organised with a strong attention to detail

  • Able to work independently and as part of a wider team

  • Health & safety aware and proactive in spotting risks
