We are looking for an experienced Contract Manager to join a leading project management consultancy, working with prestigious international retail clients across the UK and Europe. With a portfolio spanning flagship store openings, complex refurbishments, and multi-country retail rollouts, this is a fantastic opportunity to play a pivotal role in delivering world-class environments for luxury brands.
The successful candidate will bring proven expertise in managing high-value projects (£300,000–£3,000,000 plus), have strong leadership capabilities and the ability to oversee complex programmes. You will thrive in a client-facing role, ensuring seamless delivery while upholding the highest standards expected within the luxury retail sector.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Leading multiple concurrent projects across UK and European markets.
- Managing client relationships and framework agreements with major retail partners.
- Create BOQ submissions, run the tender process, and contract administration.
- Ensuring compliance with local building regulations, CDM requirements, and international standards.
- Mentoring and developing project teams to deliver consistently high-quality results.
The ideal candidate will have:
- 6-8 plus years’ senior project management experience within construction, architecture, or retail fit-out.
- Proven track record delivering luxury retail or high-end commercial projects valued (£300,000–£3,000,000 plus)
- Advanced proficiency in project management software (Smartsheet, MS Project).
- Strong commercial awareness, negotiation skills, and client relationship management expertise.
- Knowledge of RIBA stages and international project coordination.
