Contracts Manager - Building Services
A leading building services contractor specialising in providing full building maintenance services, on commercial and high-end residential properties in the Thames Valley and London area.
My client is looking for an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee the M&E, HVAC, Building Services and hard services maintenance contracts. This role will be based from the head office in Surrey and travel to site when required.
As a Contracts Manager - Building Services your roles and responsibilities will be,
- Overseeing the M&E maintenance in my clients commercial, office and high-end residential contracts
- Recommending and quoting small works where needed
- Writing up condition reports
- Ensuring an excellent service and building good rapport with clients, whilst ensuring clients KPI's are met
- Making sure as a Contracts manager that PPM work is completed on time
- Keeping a good standard of M&E, HVAC, Building services and hard services maintenance
- Contracts Manager is a hybrid position between their sites, home and the office at least a couple of times a week to have meetings with your administrator
As a Contracts Manager - Building Services you will have,
- Relevant experience in contract maintenance management in a similar role
- Good technical knowledge of hard services i.e Air conditioning, plumbing etc
- Experience in the M&E, HVAC and building services maintenance sector
- Will have managed portfolios up to 1m
- Commercially aware as a Contracts manager, extensive knowledge of all disciplines involved in the maintenance process. Thorough knowledge of H&S procedures
- Full Driving Licence and a commutable distance of Surrey
Contracts Manager - Building Services: - 55,000- 65,000 (Depending on experience) + Car allowance + Bonuses
