Role Overview:
The Construction Contracts Manager will oversee the successful delivery of interior fit-out projects from inception to completion. This role requires a proactive leader who can manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will possess strong commercial acumen, exceptional organisational skills, and a commitment to fostering positive client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage all aspects of contract administration, from pre-construction through to project completion.
  • Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure project objectives are met.
  • Oversee project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
