As anMEP Contracts Manager, you will be at the forefront of our projects, responsible for overseeing and executing a range of vital tasks. Your key duties will include:

Estimating

Demonstrate your exceptional ability toaccurately price projects, ensuring both feasibility and profitability. Yourmeticulous attention to detail, combined with your extensive industry knowledge, will be central to our success.

Project Management

Take charge of coordinating all aspects of ourelectrical and mechanical contracts, ensuring smooth and efficient project delivery. Your strong organisational skills and proven ability to manage deadlines will be essential in overseeing multiple projects simultaneously.

Supervision

As a natural leader, you will proficiently collaborate with supervisors and oversee teams of engineers, electricians, and apprentices,offering guidance, support, and motivationto ensure high-quality work. Your capacity to inspire and cultivate talent will play a crucial role in nurturing a culture of excellencewithin our organisation.

Client Liaison

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their requirements are metand expectations are exceededthroughout the project lifecycle.

Health and Safety

Your commitment to maintaining a safe working environmentwill be paramount. With your astute knowledge of health and safety regulations, you will enforce best practices,produceRAMS, and guide our teams toward accident-free project completion.

Qualifications and Experience

To excel in this role, you will need to meet the following criteria:

  • Minimum5 years of experienceas an MEP Contracts Manager or in a supervisory role within the building services industry, working in prestigious buildings.

  • Proven track record in estimating electrical and mechanical project costswith meticulous attention to detail.

  • Extensive experience in project management,guiding teams toward achieving project objectives on time and within budget.

  • Strong leadership skills, able to motivate teams and foster a collaborative work environment.

  • In-depth knowledge of health and safety regulations,ensuring a safe working environment for all.

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

  • Existing connections within the building services sectorwill be a significant advantage, enabling the ideal candidate to leverage their network to drive business growth.
