The Opportunity

Perfect for an experienced conveyancer, this position offers the opportunity to handle a dynamic mix of residential property matters, including freehold, leasehold, shared ownership, and new build transactions. You'll take ownership of your own caseload from start to finish, using cutting-edge case management technology to drive smooth, efficient, and client-focused outcomes.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Be the calm in the conveyancing storm, juggling deadlines, SLAs, and compliance without breaking a sweat.
  • Take the legal reins from day one to wrap-up, keeping every file slick, sorted, and stress-free.
  • Translate legal jargon into real-world advice that clients actually understand, and appreciate.
  • Draft the documents that make deals happen and tackle tricky legal curveballs with confidence and flair.
  • Keep the chain moving, chatting with everyone from clients to councils like a pro communicator.
  • Spot issues before they become problems and squash risks early
  • Make sure every file is neat, fees are right, and money ends up exactly where it should.
  • Share your wisdom, coach and cheerlead Paralegals as they grow into their legal groove.
  • Embrace the tech, use smart systems to make the client journey smoother, faster, and a bit more delightful.
  • Bring the good vibes, deliver standout service and help build a team that’s as supportive as it is successful.
