- Live out
- Saturday and Sunday (weekend coverage)

- £20 to £25 per hour, depending on experience
### **Job Overview:**
A private household in Marylebone is seeking an experienced Weekend Housekeeper Cook to manage housekeeping and cooking duties for the family during weekends. This role requires a professional who can maintain a high standard of cleanliness while also preparing meals and providing front-of-house service, especially during entertaining events.
### **Key Responsibilities:**
#### **Housekeeping Duties (50%):**
- Perform general housekeeping and cleaning tasks to a very high standard, ensuring the home is clean, organized, and well-maintained.
- Handle packing and unpacking for the principals when they travel, ensuring all items are organized and in their designated places.
- Answer the door and greet guests with a welcoming demeanor.
- Manage laundry, ironing, bed-making, and linen changes as required.
- Ensure that the household is prepared for any entertaining events, including setting up and clearing away.
#### **Cooking Duties (50%):**
- Source food from local markets and maintain a stock of fresh ingredients for meal preparation.
- Prepare meals for the family, including breakfast, lunch, and dinner, accommodating any dietary restrictions or preferences.
- Provide snacks and finish cooking as needed for entertaining guests, ensuring all dishes are presented beautifully and tastefully.
- Assist with meal planning and preparation to ensure variety and quality in the familys diet.
### **Qualifications:**
- Proven experience as a housekeeper and cook in a private household or similar setting.
- Strong cooking skills with a focus on meal preparation for families and entertaining guests.
- Excellent front-of-house skills, including the ability to meet and greet guests professionally.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage time effectively and work independently.
- Friendly, approachable, and able to maintain a positive attitude in a family environment.
- Experience with pet care is a plus, given that the household has small dogs.
### **What We Offer:**
- Competitive hourly rate of £20 to £25 per hour, based on experience 16 hours
