Up the Crust is a Detroit-style pizza kitchen based inside Up the Creek Comedy Club in Greenwich serving up bold, crispy, deep-dish flavour with a side of good vibes.
Were looking for a skilled and independent Head Pizza Chef to take charge of our kitchen operations. Youll be leading the dough game, maintaining our signature Detroit-style quality, and keeping the kitchen running smoothly.
What youll do:
- Prepare and manage our signature dough daily (experience with dough handling is essential)
- Oversee kitchen operations and ensure consistent quality and speed of service
- Manage stock levels, place orders, and help control food costs
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment
- Work collaboratively with the team and report directly to management
What were looking for:
- Minimum 2 years experience as a pizza chef (Detroit, Neapolitan, or similar styles)
- Confident working independently and managing a small kitchen
- Organised, reliable, and proactive with ordering and stock rotation
- Passionate about producing high-quality food consistently
