This is an excellent opportunity to work for our client a leading security services provider that have a reputation for excellence in the sector. They seek a Divisional Director to lead and manage Corporate Security contracts with oversight of Electronic Security/Monitoring services across the UK.
In this exciting role the successful candidate will have a key focus on achieving operational excellence, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving financial performance within client accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage UK-wide corporate and electronic security contracts.
- Ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery and SLA compliance.
- Work as a strategic advisor to clients and internal teams.
- Oversee financial management, budgeting, and reporting.
- Drive performance against KPIs and business goals.
- Support business development with bids and proposals.
- Promote innovation and continuous improvement in service delivery.
- Contract and service delivery management.
