The Client Liaison Executive is responsible for managing the end-to-end admissions process, ensuring a seamless and professional experience for all prospective and enrolled delegates. This includes registration, communication, scheduling, and providing support throughout the delegate lifecycle. The role also involves assisting the Client Relations Manager (CRM) in achieving key objectives, delivering exceptional customer service, and contributing to operational success.
About you
* Educated to degree level or equivalent.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
* University degree specialising in Management.
* Proven track record of meeting and exceeding goals and targets.
* Familiarity with CRM software, such as HubSpot.
* Experience working in a similar corporate/executive education environment.
* Experience in a multi-cultural workplace.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong organisational and time-management skills.
* Creative problem-solving ability.
* Ability to multi-task and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Admissions and Client Relations:
Oversee and manage the entire registration process, including due diligence, CRM data entry, invoicing, and issuing confirmation documents.
Respond to all registration-related enquiries, ensuring timely and accurate information is shared.
Communicate effectively with prospective delegates to understand their needs and answer questions about the registration process or course details.
Maintain accurate records of all admissions data and correspondence using CRM systems and shared spaces.
Provide comprehensive pre-arrival information to delegates and their organisations, including visa requirements, learning objectives, and service add-ons.
Foster professional relationships with delegates, ensuring their needs are met
Assist with delegate arrivals, including welcoming them, providing required information, and supporting their needs during their stay.
Oversee management of delegates with deferred training, ensuring readiness for new start dates and maintaining communication.
Track and follow up on deferred cases to minimise attrition and ensure successful course completion.
Programme and Course Support:
Liaise with operations teams to ensure smooth and timely course delivery on a weekly basis.
Manage tasks related to course scheduling and programme management.
Support the creation of marketing content in collaboration with the marketing team.
Administrative Support:
Arrange delegate transfers, accommodation, activities, and restaurant bookings as requested.
Ensure all admissions and client information is recorded completely and accurately.
Represent the company during induction and welcome sessions for delegates upon their arrival.

* Number of successfully onboarded new clients that send delegates
* Maintenance of high level of service to all stakeholders, YoY client retention rate
* Conversion rates from application to enrolment for delegates coming from all channels
