Role Summary:

We’re looking for an experienced Conveyancer who is passionate about developing others and ready to step away from fee earning. This office-based training role will see you lead induction programmes, upskilling initiatives, and project-based learning for Property Lawyers across the business. With a strong focus on New Build and Shared Ownership work, you’ll shape the next generation of conveyancing talent while keeping your own knowledge at the forefront of the sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver induction and onboarding training: helping new joiners quickly build confidence and competence

• Design and deliver engaging training on conveyancing processes and systems, with a focus on New Build and Shared Ownership

• Facilitate upskilling programmes and specialist learning pathways to support career progression

• Coach and mentor Property Lawyers: supporting growth, performance, and technical excellence

• Collaborate with internal experts to refine training materials and develop new content as needed

• Keep training records updated and ensure programmes evolve in line with sector changes

Requirements:

• Strong background in Conveyancing, with hands-on experience handling New Build and Shared Ownership files

• At least 3 years’ experience in a fee earning role (qualification not essential)

• Confident and charismatic presenter, able to engage groups both in-person and virtually

• Organised and proactive, with the ability to manage training programmes and deadlines

• Flexible to travel nationally when required (all travel & accommodation covered)

• Up-to-date knowledge of conveyancing trends and practices
