  • Designing and delivering training programmes across the London HQ
  • Managing and administering the learning platform and training records
  • Rolling out certification and compliance-based training
  • Working with employees and managers to assess learning needs
  • Supporting wider corporate training initiatives as the role evolves
  • Laying the foundations for a future-proof L&D function
While London is your core focus, there may be scope to support training needs across subsidiaries over time.What We’re Looking For
  • Previous experience in L&D, training coordination or employee development
  • Familiarity with managing training platforms and admin processes
  • Strong stakeholder skills and confidence dealing with technical and professional staff
  • Organised, proactive, and excited to build from the ground up
  • Knowledge of certificate-based and compliance-led training (desirable)
