- Designing and delivering training programmes across the London HQ
- Managing and administering the learning platform and training records
- Rolling out certification and compliance-based training
- Working with employees and managers to assess learning needs
- Supporting wider corporate training initiatives as the role evolves
- Laying the foundations for a future-proof L&D function
- Previous experience in L&D, training coordination or employee development
- Familiarity with managing training platforms and admin processes
- Strong stakeholder skills and confidence dealing with technical and professional staff
- Organised, proactive, and excited to build from the ground up
- Knowledge of certificate-based and compliance-led training (desirable)
