About the Role

We’re looking for a motivated and organised Junior Renewables Administrator to join our team and support the delivery of renewable energy projects. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career who is passionate about sustainability, administration, and the green energy transition.

As a Junior Administrator, you’ll assist with day-to-day tasks, helping to keep projects and operations running smoothly while gaining valuable hands-on experience in the fast-growing renewables sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide general administrative support to the renewables team.

  • Assist with data entry, document control, and file management.

  • Help coordinate meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items.

  • Update trackers, schedules, and internal systems as required.

  • Support communication with suppliers, contractors, and internal teams.

  • Ensure project documentation is accurate and up to date.

  • Assist with basic reporting and preparation of project materials.

What We’re Looking For

  • A strong interest in renewable energy and sustainability.

  • Good organisational skills and attention to detail.

  • Confident user of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

  • Clear written and verbal communication skills.
