Sales Trainer - London - 1 day WFH per week - Up to £45,000 + bonus

Have you got;

  • War stories! Lived examples of success and failures in BD - you need to be authentic and relatable in a training position
  • Proven experience of Client and Candidate wins and the ability to explain how you got there to an audience
  • Emotional intelligence - learning styles differ, can you adapt your style?
  • A genuine desire to develop Recruiters - people who go on to be big billers - are you ready to leave a desk behind?
