What You’ll Do
- Deliver Leadership & Management training up to Level 7.
- Lead exciting apprenticeship programmes and leadership pathways.
- Create engaging, inclusive learning experiences—classroom, online, and workplace.
- Support learners every step of the way, from tutorials to End Point Assessments.
- Work with stakeholders to boost engagement, retention, and achievement.

What Our Client is Looking For
- Strong experience in Leadership & Management development.
- Teaching qualification (PELTSÂ or equivalent) or willingness to work towards one.
- Experience with apprenticeship standards and OFSTED frameworks.
- Great communication, organisation, and a passion for learner success.
