I'm thrilled to be partnering with Subsea7, a global leader in offshore energy, as they go through an exciting transformation. We're looking for a Group Programme Learning Specialist to join their high-impact Learning & Development team in Sutton.
This role is perfect for someone with global L&D experience in the Energy Industry who's ready to shape innovative, blended learning programmes across an international business.
What you'll be doing:- Designing, delivering & evaluating global learning programmes
- Partnering with suppliers to create new learning content
- Engaging with senior stakeholders & HRBPs across the globe
- Supporting global campaigns (e.g. Festival of Learning, Performance Management)
- Managing updates to capability frameworks
- Ensuring alignment with Subsea7's Being 7 culture & values
- Joining a small L&D team of 4 in total
- Reporting to the Director of L&D and Organisational Development
- Global L&D programme experience
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Experience in blended learning & matrix environments
- Experience in large, international and complex organisation
- Digitally confident, commercially aware, and culturally savvy
- Experience in the Energy Industry is highly desirable
- Flexible/hybrid working (4 days in the South London Office per week)
