I'm thrilled to be partnering with Subsea7, a global leader in offshore energy, as they go through an exciting transformation. We're looking for a Group Programme Learning Specialist to join their high-impact Learning & Development team in Sutton.

This role is perfect for someone with global L&D experience in the Energy Industry who's ready to shape innovative, blended learning programmes across an international business.

What you'll be doing:
  • Designing, delivering & evaluating global learning programmes
  • Partnering with suppliers to create new learning content
  • Engaging with senior stakeholders & HRBPs across the globe
  • Supporting global campaigns (e.g. Festival of Learning, Performance Management)
  • Managing updates to capability frameworks
  • Ensuring alignment with Subsea7's Being 7 culture & values
  • Joining a small L&D team of 4 in total
  • Reporting to the Director of L&D and Organisational Development
We're looking for:
  • Global L&D programme experience
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Experience in blended learning & matrix environments
  • Experience in large, international and complex organisation
  • Digitally confident, commercially aware, and culturally savvy
  • Experience in the Energy Industry is highly desirable
