Learning & Development Manager | West London | Premium Consumer Brand

With a global footprint and a reputation for excellence, this organisation is entering an exciting phase of growth and transformation.

The Role

As the Learning & Development Manager, you'll take full ownership of the learning strategy-designing, delivering, and refining impactful training programmes that empower employees and support business growth.

Learning Strategy & Programme Design

  • Identifying learning gaps through data, feedback, and needs analysis
  • Designing and delivering engaging training programmes across all levels
  • Leading the development and rollout of a scalable Learning Management System (LMS)
  • Creating blended learning content, including e-learning, workshops, and virtual sessions
  • Keeping content current with evolving L&D tools and trends

Training Delivery & Facilitation

  • Delivering training (virtual and in-person), especially around management and soft skills
  • Leading structured, engaging inductions for new joiners
  • Coaching employees to embed learning into day-to-day work

Stakeholder Engagement & Collaboration

  • Partnering with global managers to align learning with business goals
  • Collaborating with the People Team to create consistent, development-focused employee experiences
  • Contributing to performance reviews, career paths, and succession planning

Tracking, Reporting & Improvement

  • Measuring training impact through assessments, feedback, and performance data
  • Reporting on engagement, effectiveness, and ROI
  • Iterating programmes based on feedback and changing needs

Compliance & Budget Oversight

  • Overseeing compliance and mandatory training across regions
  • Managing the Apprenticeship Levy and external training partners
  • Owning the L&D budget and identifying scalable, cost-effective learning solutions

The Person

  • 5+ years in a dedicated L&D role, ideally with global or multi-location experience
  • A blend of strategic thinking and hands-on delivery expertise
  • Strong knowledge of instructional design and learning technologies (LMS, e-learning tools)
  • Excellent facilitation and coaching skills
  • Collaborative and adaptable-someone who thrives in a fast-moving, creative environment
  • Comfortable working autonomously to establish processes, frameworks, and culture
  • CIPD Level 5 in L&D or equivalent (preferred but not essential)
