Join a leading accountancy and business advisory firm as a Learning & Development Experienced Manager / Senior Manager. This role is crucial for someone passionate about driving learning initiatives and shaping the future strategy of our Audit Stream's Learning & Development during a significant growth phase.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Develop impactful, innovative learning content that meets learner needs and delivers clear business outcomes.
  • Review content created by other team members to ensure quality, efficacy, and consistency while meeting business needs.
  • Design, curate, and create both technical and non-technical content under the direction of the Development and Monitoring Lead.
  • Lead on a portfolio of learning programmes, providing project management and facilitation support as needed.
  • Coach and upskill junior team members and contribute to team-wide workstreams and key initiatives.
  • Collaborate with various teams to understand specific training needs, translate these into learning objectives, and develop content that can be successfully implemented.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experienced Manager / Senior Manager level with a background in programme development, including non-technical and audit-technical course content.
  • Practical audit experience and a solid understanding of financial reporting, ethics, and professional conduct.
  • Strong understanding of design thinking, innovation, tools, and technology to support programme development.
  • Excellent relationship skills with the ability to work with varied stakeholders, influence agendas, and drive activities.
  • Strong teamworking and collaboration skills, with the ability to also work independently.
  • Experience with behavioural change/cultural programmes and delivering against business strategy is beneficial.
  • Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
