They are looking to recruit a Learning & Development Consultant initially on a 12 month fixed term contract.

They offer an excellent hybrid working policy. You will work 2 days per week in their office based in central London with the remainder of the week working from home.

Travel is expected as part of this role to deliver in person training.

 Role

As a Learning and Development Consultant, you’ll play a key role in shaping and delivering a proactive, creative, and high-impact learning and development service. Working closely with Learning & OD team, you’ll design, deliver, and evaluate learning initiatives that support strategic and operational goals.

Details

  • Lead the delivery and promotion of the annual learning and development programme, including mandatory and optional training.
  • Conduct learning needs analyses to identify and address organisational and team-specific development requirements.
  • Design and deliver blended learning solutions, including virtual and face-to-face sessions.
  • Manage relationships with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to ensure high-quality learning experiences.
  • Oversee the learning management system to ensure a seamless user experience and robust reporting.
  • Monitor trends and best practices in L&D, applying insights to continuously improve offerings.
  • Lead on specific projects and support budget monitoring and procurement processes.
