Talent Acquisition Specialist - London
*Current Security Clearance essential*
An exciting 12 month contract opportunity for an experienced Technology recruiter working in-house for a consultancy client who operate in the defence market.
In order to be considered for this role the following skills and experiences are required:
- Proven Technology recruitment experience whether internal or agency
- Experience of placing a variety of tech roles with an emphasis on Software Development
- Proactive, organised and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Experience of candidate and stakeholder management
- Experience of onboarding management particularly around personnel clearances and clearance transfers in accordance with security protocols
- Current Security Clearance is essential
This role is based in Central London and will require four days a week on-site.
Ideally candidates will be available to start in no longer than a month.
