- Experience as an Assistant Manager / Junior Manager in QSR or hospitality
- A passion for training, people, and operational excellence
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Flexibility to travel frequently across the UK (and occasionally Europe)
- Ambition to grow into a senior training or L&D role
