As they scale, they’re looking for a hands-on, strategic Operations Director to help them grow efficiently while delivering an exceptional customer experience.Your Role:As Operations Director, you’ll lead the Company’s end-to-end operations—from customer journey fulfillment and surveyor coordination to process optimisation and team management. You’ll build a high-performing ops function, ensuring operational excellence, scalability, and top-tier service.Key Responsibilities:
- Design scalable operational processes to support rapid growth
- Lead and manage the surveyor network, ensuring availability and performance
- Drive customer experience improvements, ensuring seamless post-sale operations
- Collaborate with Tech & Product teams to automate and optimise workflows
- Build and lead a high-performing ops team, setting clear goals and fostering a strong culture
- Oversee compliance with RICS regulations and ensure quality assurance
What we're looking for:
- 5-10+ years’ experience in operational leadership—ideally in residential surveying
- Preferably RICS qualified (AssocRICS, MRICS, FRICS)
- Proven track record in scaling operations within a fast-growth environment
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Tech-savvy, with experience implementing digital solutions
