Our client is a respected legal practice based in North West London who are seeking a proactive Property Paralegal to support their Residential Conveyancing team.As a Property Paralegal, you will play a key role in managing a portfolio of residential conveyancing transactions from initial instruction through to post-completion. You'll be working closely with clients, estate agents and legal professionals to ensure a smooth and efficient property transfer process.Key Responsibilities:-Manage end-to-end residential property transactions-Liaise professionally with clients, agents and mortgage lenders to provide updates and resolve queries-Conduct property due diligence, including title and land registry checks and local authority searches-Draft and review key legal documents, including contracts, transfer deeds and mortgage papers-Oversee financial elements such as deposit handling, exchange of contracts and SDLT calculations.-Manage post-completion tasks including filing with the Land Registry and releasing funds-Prepare client completion statements and service bills accurately-Handle and resolve issues that arise during transactionsIdeal Candidate:-2 years+ experience in residential conveyancing or a legal property support role-Strong organisational skills and attention to detail-Confident communicator with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders-Familiarity with legal documentation and property law compliance-Ability to manage multiple transactions and meet deadlinesThis is an excellent opportunity for a motivated Property Paralegal to join a rapidly growing firm and gain valuable experience in a high-volume, client-focused legal environment.Send your CV to Fame Recruitment today to be considered for this exciting role!Fame Recruitment is an equal opportunities employer.
