Duties:
- Dealing with complaints stage 1 & stage 2
- Supporting the Planning team in scheduling in operatives for repair works
- Answering calls from tenants
Experience required:
- Social housing experience is essential for this role
- Planning or Scheduling
- Handling complaints
- Strong phone skills
