The Role:
As a Salaried Partner or Solicitor in the Wills, Estates, and Wealth Managementdepartment, you will:
- Lead a high-calibrecaseload while maintaining our commitment to quality and sustainable workloads
- Guide and develop junior team members
- Drive business development and marketing initiatives
- Shape the future direction of a leading private client practice
- Senior-level experience from a prestigious Regional, Legal 500, or National firm
- At least 5 years PQE within Private Client
- Deep technical expertise within private client matters
- Proven business development capabilities
- Strong leadership skills and experience mentoring junior lawyers
- Outstanding client relationship abilities
