The Solicitor's role
The incoming Solicitor will be responsible for managing their own caseload of residential conveyancing files, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, transfers of equity, re-mortgages, and new builds.
You'll be given autonomy and responsibility early on, with the support of a collaborative team structure and access to modern systems. The firm values client care highly, so an ability to build trusted relationships with clients and agents is essential.
The Solicitor
- England & Wales qualified Solicitor with approximately 2 years' PQE
- Solid experience handling residential property transactions from instruction to post-completion
- Excellent communication skills and a strong client service ethos
- Able to manage a busy caseload with minimal supervision
- A team player with commercial awareness and attention to detail
