Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and management of disrepair cases.
- Conduct legal research and analysis relevant to disrepair issues.
- Draft legal documents and correspondence.
- Liaise with clients, opposing parties, and other stakeholders as necessary.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files and records.
- Support solicitors in court proceedings and negotiations.
- Strong understanding of legal principles related to disrepair cases.
- Excellent research and analytical skills.
- Proficient in drafting legal documents and correspondence.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload efficiently.
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
