Solicitor
Pinpoint Resourcing are working with a exciting business based in Victoria, who are seeking a Solicitor to provide specialist advice and representation on employment law and provide representation in employment tribunal cases.
Essential
- Specialist knowledge of employment law and an ability to manage and advise on complex case work.
- Experience of handling Employment Tribunal cases.
- Ability to analyse and evaluate legal information and disseminate accordingly.
- Experience of working proactively, self-managing time and workload.
- Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues, representatives, members, employers, and wider stakeholders.
- Have strong planning, organising, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Wants to make the world of work better for everyone through promoting membership and the values of the trade union movement.
- Qualified solicitor with at least 3 years’ post qualification experience.
Desirable
- Good IT skills, particularly with Microsoft Office/365 suite, Outlook and Teams
Salary:
- £60,000
