OOH Investment Director

A leading global media agency and fast-growing agency that is focused on collaboration and strategic growth. Responsible for leading strategic OOH and multi-channel media investment, developing strong industry partnerships, and ensuring seamless campaign execution. This is a leadership role that requires a mix of strategic thinking, negotiation expertise, and operational efficiency to drive both client success and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Media Strategy & Execution - Lead the planning and execution of OOH and cross-channel media campaigns, ensuring data-driven decision-making and alignment with client goals.
  • Campaign Optimisation - Oversee campaigns from planning to performance analysis, ensuring seamless execution and troubleshooting any issues.
  • Client & Partner Relations - Build and maintain strong client relationships, reinforcing the agency's value through negotiation expertise and strategic partnerships.
  • Measurement & Insights - Define KPIs, collaborate with cross-channel teams, and use analytics tools to drive continuous campaign improvement.
  • Leadership & Team Development - Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
  • Process & Operational Efficiency - Review and enhance media buying processes, ensuring accuracy, optimisation, and efficiency across campaigns.
  • New Business Support - Contribute to pitches, proposals, and industry insights, leveraging expertise to secure new opportunities.

What We're Looking For:

  • 6+ years of experience in media planning and buying for regional/global brands.
  • Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
