THE COMPANY

With a passionate and dedicated team this independent agency deliver a range of immersive, live, virtual and digital experiences. Working with a broad range of agencies and end clients their work covers brand activations and installations, exhibition builds and unique scenic production projects both across the UK and internationally including B2C launch events for TV shows and semi-permanent immersive experience installations!. With services covering creative design, delivery and build, they work closely with their clients as a production partner working from concept through to delivery to create truly unique events and spaces.

 THE ROLE

Due to continued growth and ambitious future growth plans they are looking to bring on board an experienced BDM to help drive the business forward. A broad role, responsibilities include:

  • Identifying, targeting and securing new business opportunities within the event production space
  • Developing and strengthening existing client relationships
  • Identifying opportunities for growth and cross-selling of services
  • Making initial contact and progressing opportunities
  • Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of sector trends, competitor activity, and innovations
  • Creating engaging proposals
  • Pitching for and securing business
  • Provide regular reporting and sales forecasting to senior leadership

THE CANDIDATE

Candidates must come with a solid and proven background  of business development with figures in support of this. Ideally candidates should have exposure to working within the scenic build or creative services sector or for an event or production agency, although other backgrounds will be considered. Candidates must be able to develop relationships and be confident pitching for and securing business. A senior and consultative approach to developing relationships and generating business is key!
