Mortgage Adviser - Remortgage & Retention Desk (Office based) | South East London

This opportunity is ideal for a confident, personable Mortgage Adviser who enjoys servicing a warm, existing client base with a focus on re-mortgages and retention.

What you’ll be doing:

• Manage a steady pipeline of existing clients approaching re-mortgage.• Conduct thorough fact-finds and offer high-quality mortgage & protection advice• Build long-term relationships with clients through exceptional service• Utilise a supportive admin function to focus on advice and delivery• Work within a modern CRM system and efficient compliance process

What we’re looking for:

• CeMAP (or equivalent) qualified Mortgage Adviser• Minimum 1 year of advisory experience• Have exceptional communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and clients• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, structured environment• Motivated to hit targets and deliver consistent results

• A basic salary of up to £30k depending on experience• Guaranteed bonuses for up to 6 months based on current pipeline/track record• A generous tiered commission structure.
