We are seeking a Self-Employed Mortgage Advisor who is eager to work independently and has their own client bank.
The role is with a whole-of-market mortgage and protection company known for its extensive industry expertise and lending partnerships.
Successful candidates can earn tiered commission splits up to 85% and have the potential to achieve an OTE of £100,000+.
Applicants must be CeMAP qualified, have CAS, and possess experience in various mortgage specialties including remortgages and buy-to-let.
This position requires a minimum of one year of relevant experience and the ability to work remotely while having access to office space in Central London.

This position is working alongside our clients, a directly authorized, whole-of-market mortgage and protection company, with a deep industry expertise and a strong network of lending partners.

Working Hours:

Remote basis but the successful individual must have access to an office space in Central London.

Requirements for the role of Mortgage Advisor:

CeMAP Qualified
CAS
Seeking specialities in Remortgages, large mortgage loans, commercial mortgages, buy-to-let, equity release, and first-time buyer mortgages.
Confident over the phone
Whole of market experience
Own Client bank
Self-sufficient – Own lead source or referral-driven business model
