Sonic Summary

We are seeking a Mortgage Adviser to join a nationally recognized Estate Agency in Crystal Palace.
The ideal candidate should have experience as a Mortgage Advisor, preferably with a full CeMAP qualification, although this is not mandatory.
The position offers a basic salary ranging from £24,000 to £28,000, with an OTE of £50,000 to £70,000 through a strong commission structure.
Candidates must be driven to achieve targets, have a full UK driving license, and be able to handle first appointments and sign-ups.
This full-time role includes working Monday to Friday and alternate Saturdays, with opportunities for progression within the company.

We are currently looking for a Mortgage Adviser to join our clients, a nationally recognised Estate Agency who are looking to add to their team in Crystal Palace.

The position will be based in the Crystal Palace office, with leads provided from the Estate Agency team. Our clients are seeking an experienced Mortgage Advisor with a full CeMAP qualification and CAS status would be preferred but not necessary.

Working hours:

Full Time
Monday – Friday and alternate Saturdays (with lieu day provided)

The successful Mortgage and Protection Adviser will be offered:

Basic Salary £24,000 - £28,000

Mortgage and Protection Adviser requirements:

Driven to achieve targets and ability to offer excellent customer service.
Ability to deal with 1st appointments and subsequent sign-ups.
Fully CeMAP
Full UK Driving license.

Responsibilities for the role of Mortgage and Protection Adviser:

Liaising with Estate Agency staff to ensure effective referrals.
Giving face-to-face advice to potential buyers in the branch
Chasing potential leads and generating new business
Providing a high level of service in line with compliance
